If inside is preferred, the living room is just off the kitchen on the main floor and has plenty of comfy seats. Dining room easily accommodates 8 for dinner, plus 4 spots at the bar top, and 4 spots in the kitchen area. The home is setup for Masters with four bedrooms, each having their own bath and TV. The main level has a King (master) and Queen bedroom, and the second level has a King (second master) and Queen room. A third queen room can be added that would share a bathroom with the queen room on the main floor. (the bathroom does have separate vanities). A full bed can be added upstairs that would share a bathroom (separate vanities).
